All orders are final sale and non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives and you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll gladly work with you to find a suitable resolution.
If your items have been damaged during transit, we will arrange an exchange or replacement with a similar product where appropriate. Notification of any damaged goods must be received within 48 hours of delivery. To assist us in resolving the matter and following up with our courier, we kindly ask that you provide photographic evidence of the damage.
