How do custom corporate orders work?

Can gifts be branded?

Yes. Branding options may include ribbon, message cards and packaging, depending on the order.

Can I include a personalised message?

Absolutely, all gifts include a personalised complimentary message card. You can add your personal message when selecting your gift.

Do you deliver across New Zealand?

We can ship anywhere within New Zealand. Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this time or shipping to P.O.Boxes.

Will I be notified of delivery?

You will receive updates via email to alert you of progress of order and final delivery.

When will the gift be received?

Please allow 2-4 working days for processing and delivery. Allow an extra 2 working days for rural deliveries. Delays during Holiday Season may be expected.

Can I change my mind after the order is placed?

The order becomes confirmed once paid for. Please feel free to check with us if you have any questions, before ordering, at hello@giftsofdistinction.co.nz

What happens if the gift is damaged on arrival?

This is a most unusual occurrence. However, should this happen, please contact hello@giftsofdistinction.co.nz within 12 hours of receiving the gift box. Based on the information you provide, we will endeavour to resolve this issue to the satisfaction of all parties.

Can I buy multiple gifts at the same time?

You can purchase multiple gifts in various quantities. However, they will all need to be shipped to the same address. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, place separate orders for each delivery address, or complete our bulk order form.

You will need to complete the bulk order form for orders of more than 20 gifts at a time.
