Instructions

  1. Add your own contact details, billing address and company information.
  2. Enter the name and delivery address for each recipient.
  3. Email completed form to hello@giftsofdistinction.co.nz

  4. We will prepare a final invoice for you and arrange payment prior to your order being processed.

Bulk Order FAQs

What happens if a parcel, which has been already been dispatched, cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address being provided?

The parcel will be returned to the sender and you will be contacted for a new delivery address. However, the initial gift purchaser will be responsible to make payment for the re-delivery. Gifts of Distinction will not issue refunds for incorrectly supplied addresses that are not delivered on time.

Where are the gifts being shipped from?

Our studio is located in Dunedin, New Zealand.

What are the gifts packaged in before sending out?

Each gift has its own carton to ensure a safe delivery. In the unlikely event there is damage, please contact us for support.
